Payment options
We only use established and security-guaranteed payment options.
We handle payments through PayPal and Klarna.
Carry out your order
Once you have added a product to your shopping cart, you can either continue shopping or proceed to checkout. To get to the checkout, click on the checkout icon in the right corner of the website.
When you are at the checkout, you can:
-Remove one or more products.
-Adjust quantities on selected products.
Checkout
When you have decided to make a purchase from Bergsmansgårdar, click on the checkout icon. There you will be able to choose: Delivery method, Payment method and Delivery information.
Step 1 - Delivery method. The first step is to choose a Delivery method, within Sweden we always ship with PostNord. To Europe, we use FedEx or UPS
Step 2 - Delivery information. Check that your Address Information is correct to ensure that your order is delivered to the correct address.
Step 3- Payment method. Choose a payment method and check the information you provided before proceeding to the last step.
Step 4 - On the order information page, you will see details about your transaction. If your order is correct click PAY.
Problems when ordering
Problems can arise with an order, usually the problem is solved by three simple steps.

- Try another debit card
- Try another payment method
Changes and cancellations
Bergsmansgårdar Träkultur works hard to send out orders as quickly as possible, so it is important to be quick and contact us regarding any errors. We can usually help you correct the order. If your order is already being transported, we can solve the problem together through the transport company. In case of any changes or cancellations, please write to customer@bergsmansgardar.com
